The Tower of Hanoi is a classic logic puzzle: move the whole stack of disks from the left peg to the right one. You can only move one disk at a time, and a bigger disk can never sit on a smaller one. Pick 3 disks to learn it, then work up to 8, where the perfect solution takes 255 moves. Click or tap a peg to pick up its top disk, then click another peg to drop it. Keys 1, 2 and 3 pick pegs, U undoes a move and R restarts.

Tips
- The fewest moves for n disks is 2ⁿ − 1: 7 for 3 disks, 15 for 4, 255 for 8.
- Move the smallest disk every other turn, always in the same direction around the pegs.
- To move a tower of n disks, first move the top n − 1 out of the way, move the biggest disk, then rebuild on top of it.
