Free Flight Simulator is a free online flight sim with real flight physics: pick one of six planes, from a trainer and a stunt biplane to a fighter jet and a 58-tonne airliner, spawn on the runway at one of six airports and fly anywhere on a 24 km island. Find twelve landmarks, land at every airport, fly under the bridge, or jump out and parachute down. Crash and the plane breaks apart. Shift and Space set the throttle, W and S pitch the nose, A and D roll, Z and X steer the rudder, J jumps out, Space opens your parachute, C changes camera and M opens the map. Touch screens get a flight stick and a throttle lever.

How to play
Choose from 6 planes: the Kestrel 172 trainer, the Skylark sport plane, the Barnstormer stunt biplane, the Halcyon Jet 500 business jet, the Viper F-9 fighter jet with an afterburner and the 58-tonne Skybus 320 airliner. Pick a paint job and one of 6 airports, then you spawn on the runway ready for take-off. The flight model is the same one that flies the planes in Port Halcyon.

Tips
- Take off: full throttle, then press S gently once you pass about 60 knots (much faster in the jets).
- Land: slow down, line up with the runway, keep the wings level and touch down gently. Under 240 feet per minute is a butter landing.
- Follow the cyan beams to airports and the gold beams to landmarks. Fly close to a landmark to tick it off.
- Hit the ground hard and pieces tear off. Lose a wing and the plane rolls, lose the tail and it tumbles. Jump out with J before it's too late.
- Thread the rock arch and fly under the river bridge for stunt stars.
